Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in a Los Angeles Vehicle Accident
The visionary game developer, who helped create the globally famous franchise Call of Duty, has passed away in a traffic collision in the state of California he was 55 years old.
His passing was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio which he helped establish.
The celebrated industry figure passed away following his automobile collided and burst into flames on a motorway in LA on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This represents an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, his loved ones, and everyone impacted by his creative vision," an official with Electronic Arts said.
